The board is temporarily suspended

The Canton Jobs Board is paused. Nothing has been lost — the directory of ecosystem organisations, the curated data and the sourcing pipeline are all intact, and the board can be brought back in a single deployment.

The reason is honest: a job board is only worth using if it is accurate. Keeping it accurate means running the pipeline across every employer's careers site each day, chasing the boards that move or break, and curating what the machine gets wrong. That is ongoing work, and we would rather pause the board than leave a quietly rotting one online — stale roles waste candidates' time and misrepresent the organisations listed.

What would bring it back

Backing that can guarantee continuous improvement rather than a one-off launch: a grant programme, an ecosystem sponsor, or another arrangement that covers the upkeep the board needs to stay trustworthy. If you run a grant programme, work at an organisation that would benefit from the board being live, or simply want to talk about supporting it, we would like to hear from you.

In the meantime, roles are still live on each organisation's own careers site — the board never hosted applications, it only pointed at them. This board is operated by Zero Limit; the network itself is stewarded by the Canton Foundation.
