About The Role As a Research Analyst on Kaiko’s Growth team, you will monitor and analyze crypto markets using Kaiko’s proprietary data, transforming complex information into clear, data-driven insights for institutional audiences. You will contribute to weekly newsletters, research reports, and client-focused content that strengthen Kaiko’s position as the leading independent source of digital asset data.
Working closely with the marketing as a content provider and sales teams as an expert, you will help scale the reach of Kaiko’s research across media, client channels, and social platforms, ensuring that our insights shape conversations.
The ideal candidate has experience in financial analysis and crypto markets, is proficient with data visualization tools, and feels comfortable engaging externally with press, clients, and prospects. You combine strong writing and communication skills with an analytical mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Missions & Responsibilities
Research & Content Development
Produce clear, accurate, and technically detailed, data-driven research content on topics such as tokenization, capital markets, decentralized finance, and other crypto-related subjects.

Create original analysis, charts, and commentary for Kaiko’s weekly and bi-weekly newsletters.

Produce long-form research reports for clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote research and expand its reach.
Expert Support

Produce bespoke research content for sales enablement, lead generation, and media outreach.

Present expert insights and compelling narratives during client discussions.

Contribute to Kaiko’s media presence by supporting journalist inquiries and pitching data-driven stories.

Native-level fluency in spoken and written English.

Ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Capacity to propose creative, original research ideas for an institutional audience.

Ability to work with datasets and create charts using tools such as Tableau. While coding experience is not required, comfort with no-code data tools is essential.

Familiarity with complex DeFi or broader crypto topics.

Deep understanding of capital markets functioning.

Read, transform, and visualize data using Python.

Previous writing experience, ideally in financial market analysis or a similar style.

Strong public speaking skills.
