Officer, Securities & Derivatives Analyst, Custody Operations

Join Citi's Custody Operations team as a Securities & Derivatives Analyst, where you will play a direct role in the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions across global markets. Working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will coordinate with trading desks and branch offices to ensure accurate and timely processing of complex financial transactions. This is an opportunity to build foundational expertise in securities operations at one of the world's leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Verify trade bookings to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies before settlement, maintaining the integrity of transaction records.
• Generate and match trade confirmations against International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates to ensure contractual alignment.
• Execute settlement tasks and complete daily rate revaluations accurately and within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve transaction processing issues and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Conduct regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in line with established operational policies.
• Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports with precision and on schedule.
• Participate in General Ledger proofing exercises to support accurate financial reporting across the business.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of Treasury products, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks applicable to securities operations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities accurately in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Working knowledge of macros to support operational efficiency and data processing tasks.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Commitment to passing the Proficiency Test for Trust Operations Personnel as a condition of the role.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in securities operations, trade processing, or a related financial services function.
• Familiarity with derivatives instruments and the operational lifecycle of securities transactions.
• Experience working in a custody, clearing, or settlement environment within a financial institution.

• 具備宏（Macros）的應用知識，以支援業務效率提升及數據處理工作。
• 具備清晰簡潔的書面及口頭溝通能力，並能有效跨團隊協作。
• 通過信託業務人員能力測試，作為本職位的任職條件。

優先考慮之技能及資歷

• 具備證券業務、交易處理或相關金融服務職能的工作經驗。
• 熟悉衍生工具產品及證券交易的業務操作全流程。
